Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are shipped via our logistics partners and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India. If we are unable to deliver to your address, you will be informed promptly and refunded.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may be charged depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing the order, please contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

  • If your delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our courier partner.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
