KUMAR ASHU believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- KUMAR ASHU does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The merchant will verify the complaint, and an appropriate resolution will be offered.
- If the product received is not as described or not as per your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct your complaint to the manufacturer.
- For any refunds approved by KUMAR ASHU, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.
